Locality is the result of living and interacting with a group of people in the same territory or place, which creates an identity. For the pavilion, the central idea was to create a delimited space where the visitors lost their identity and acquired a new one.

A circular space was designed with twelve doors with the distinctive colours of Mexico’s underground lines through which the people would enter a space full of mirrors. Inside the space, the visitors would find themselves and create a new identity with a new group of people, hence a new locality.
